Kiddie parties at Rocky Ridge Estate

How to book a party

1.      Download the booking form: Rocky Ridge Fantasy Minitown booking form

2.      Decide which party spot will be ideal to host your party. (On the grass, one of the lapas or the hall)

3.      Decide which facilities you want your guests to have access to. (Fantasy mini town, play parks, tuck shop, cash bar etc.)

4.      Confirm with us that the date, session and party spot you prefer, is available.

5.      Complete the booking form (only tentatively according to your invitations and planning).

6.      E-mail ( info@rockyridgeestate.co.za ) the booking form (as an attachment) back to us. 

7.      Pay the deposit.

8.      Three days before the party, confirm the final amount of people coming as well as all other final arrangements.

• Self-catering is allowed.

• You are welcome to come and have a look at our venue at anytime between 10:00 and 15:00 during the week and Saturdays between 9:00 and 17:00. Just let me know when it will suits you and we will organise it for you.
