obligation lies with the client to follow up on any price increases
through the year.
Questions
- How long before the party must I book?
To ensure that you get exactly what you want (date, session and party spot)
it is advisable to book at least 3 - 4 months in advance. At his stage - you
need not to know EXACTLY how many guests there will be - just an estimate of how
many you want to invite.
- Can we stay longer that the session times?
Normally three hours will not be enough if you are planning to have a braai.
If you book the afternoon session (14:00-17:00) you may extend your party time
for another 60 minutes free of charge IF there is not another party in the same
party spot as you, the next (evening) session. If there is another party waiting
to move in at your party spot, you may move your party to the open air area so
that you guests can at least finish their food :)
- Can we book a party over two sessions?
Yes, you may. There will be however costs implications - especially if you
want to occupy a lapa for two sessions.
- What happens to my booking if I want to cancel in case of bad
weather?
No need to cancel because of bad weather. We have a lovely big hall with
indoor toys (legos, clay, animals etc) where you may move your party in case of
very bad weather.
- Will there be other groups using the same facilities (NOT PARTY SPOT)
as us during the same session?
Rocky Ridge Estate retains the right to make more than one booking per session at their discretion -
UNLESS the venue is booked EXCLUSIVELY (at an extensive large extra
fee - especially on Saturdays). More than one booking will never be made for the
same party spot that you have paid extra for. You and your group will have
exclusive access to a lapa or the hall. The open air area may have more than one
group placed away from each other.
- May I make an exclusive booking?
Yes, you may. To obtain the right to book a venue exclusively for you and your
group, the applicable fee for this must be paid in addition to the
50% deposit, and is non-refundable.
