Booking forms

We have different booking forms for the different types of functions:

• Functions for kids

• Functions for adults

• Corporate bookings

• Road safety educational school visits

Please download the correct booking form with all the prices that you need. Please take the time to complete the form live on your computer, as it will work out a quote for you.

Booking times

The sessions that you can make a booking for, are as follows:

* Mornings: 10:00 - 13:00

* Afternoons: 14:00 - 17:00

* Evenings: 18:00 - 23:00

Entrance fee

An entrance fee, per child or adult is always payable. During week days it will cost less - see booking form. This entrance fee will give you and your guests access to the facilities booked for. The entrance fee does however not include anything else such as food, for example. You as host are allowed to bring all the eats and treats. Different rates applies for school groups and corporate events.

Party spot for your function

Choose where you want to host your function:

• Open air area (on the the lawn amongst the large shady trees)

• Any one of the two lapas

• The Black Rock Hall

The Black rock venue hall

This 300m² hall is ideal for church services, weddings, conferences, etcetera.

You can host your function on the lawn. We do provide enough chairs as well as one table for the adults per group. Party tables for the kids can be hired from us or provided by you. You are also welcome to book the hall or a lapa (at an extra fee) to host your function.

To choose your ideal party spot, you are welcome to come and have a look at our venue anytime between 10:00 and 15:00 during the week and Saturdays between 9:00 and 17:00. Just let us know when it will suits you and we will organise it for you.

Facilities

Rocky Ridge Estate has excellent facilities. You can determine to which of the following facilities you want your guests to have access to. Please refer to the different booking forms for more info. You and your guests can have access to the following facilities:

• Fantasy mini-town

• Road safety centre for kids

• Play parks

• Cash bar

• Tuck shop

• Kitchen

How to make a booking with us:

1. Download/open the correct booking form. If you have trouble downloading the correct form we will send it via e-mail to you. Just contact us with your e-mail addresss.

2. Confirm a date and session with us that suits you.

3. Complete the booking form (only tentatively according to your invitations and planning).

4. E-mail the booking form (as an attachment) back to us.

5. Pay the deposit.

6. 3 Days before the party confirm the final amount of people coming as well as all other final arrangements.

7. Pay the final amount outstanding.
